16 January 2019. The Common Agriculture Policy (CAP), currently on the table of the European Parliament, is an opportunity for hemp producers to increase the tetrahydrocannabinol content of varieties grown in Europe. EIHA and MEPs worked together to increase the level from 0.2% to 0.3%.
